How do calls work in Supercue?
Supercue is its own calling app. During onboarding you link your real phone number, so every call you make through Supercue shows up as your actual number on the other person's screen — no separate number, no weirdness. Coaching cues appear inside the app in real time while you talk.
Does the other person know I'm using Supercue?
No. The call comes from your real number and sounds exactly like a normal phone call. Only you see the cues — they are displayed privately on your screen.
What iOS version do I need?
Supercue requires iOS 26.0 or later.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Supercue, and tap Cancel Subscription.
My cues are slow or not appearing
Check your internet connection and restart the app. If the issue persists, email us at support@supercue.ai with your device model and iOS version.
