- Audio Data: Real-time audio from phone calls processed locally on your device to provide coaching cues. We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers.

- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Subscription & Payment Information:Processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions
- Improve and personalise the Service based on your usage patterns
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to comments, questions, and customer service requests

4. Audio Processing & Privacy
Supercue processes audio from your phone calls to generate real-time coaching cues. This processing occurs on your device wherever possible. When server-side processing is required, audio snippets are transmitted over encrypted connections, processed, and immediately discarded. We do not retain recordings of your conversations.
You are responsible for ensuring that all parties on a call are aware of and consent to any recording or monitoring as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.
- Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Supercue, our users, or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@supercue.ai. We will delete or anonymise your information within 30 days of such a request, subject to legal retention requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
